What is the “compliance” scope of this forum?

This community web site is intended to be a one stop shop where professionals facing IT-related compliance issues can come to find out how they can utilize the Quest Compliance Suite of logging, monitoring and reporting tools to help them in meeting their organization’s compliance objectives.

What portion of my “compliance” requirements can I expect help with by deploying the Quest Compliance Suite?

This can be answered specifically by taking each compliance mandate individually on a case by case basis (please see the various regulation pages and discussion lists).  However, in general, the Quest Compliance Suite of products can assist with most of your Windows and Unix/Linux-based security audit logging, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting requirements that are contained in the popular security standards and best practice frameworks.  In addition, Quest offers various other security-related products that can assist IT and compliance professionals to address enterprise-wide user access controls and privilege password management.
